Cool Summer Treats

Ahhhh, Summer!  Fresh fruits and cool treats, outside barbecues.  Nothing says summer like the smell of barbecue in the afternoon or ice cream on the tip of your child's nose. 

No one wants to slave over a hot stove in the middle of summer.  A great recipe for a no bake, 15 minutes to make, Strawberry Cheesecake.  It's sure to make your whole family cheer!

Nifty Lunch Box Ideas

School is back in session, and if your kids are anything like mine, packing school lunches can be a huge headache.  What one child likes, the other hates.  They eat all the snack stuff so the next morning you are scrambling to pack lunches with nothing.  We solved that problem by providing a specific cabinet with snacks they could eat whenever, and separate cabinet for lunch box fillers, so that I'm not scrambling in the morning to pack lunch and snack bags.

Our school has lunch time and snack time, and while both can be purchased at school, when you have multiple kids, it can get expensive. Not to mention, its a real paiun to send money seperately for both things,and
